The Project and its Connection 
To One More Voice

The object of this Yoshio Markino: A Japanese Artist in London is to expand and provide further scholarship on author and painter Yoshio Markino beyond what is provided on the One More Voice website. One More Voice is a digital humanities project dedicated to recovering non-European material from 19th Century Britain and British colonies as a way to decolonize the field. This project is being done as a student developed extension of One More Voice by undergraduate Kaylen Michaelis at the University of Nebraska, Lincoln.
